A pattern for a Christmas quilt using Gravenmoerse lace techniques (otherwise known as the diagonal half stitch), a lace from the Netherlands. Roseground is pleased to have been appointed the sole distributer for these booklets in the UK.
Includes a pricking, clear colour photograph and brief pattern notes in English. Those familiar with normal Torchon techniques will have no problem working the pattern.
Our second picture shows lace worked to decorate a cushion cover using this pattern. We used Valdani "American Winter" variegated and Finca 30 (Shade 2732) threads.
