Cluny de Brioude - Dentelle Polychrome

Many lacemakers will remember the first book on this technique, published originally over 10 years ago, which was a bestseller then. Now, the author has developed the technique further, using coloured threads with many designs at various levels of difficulty - although a knowledge of Cluny techniques is assumed.

As far as the presention is concerned, it is truly superb - the only word is "wow" ! Every page is a joy and just turning the pages is a pleasure.

Each of the projects - mainly jewellery and accessories - has an individual explanation, colour assisted diagram(s) and a superb photograph. All the text is in French so some knowledge of the language is certainly useful. There is also a section on the special techniques used.
