About Roseground

Roseground was founded in 1999 to offer a comprehensive service to lacemakers and tatters based on a thorough understanding of their needs.

Now a leading supplier of tatting and lacemaking supplies, it serves its customers around the world by mail order and by its attendance at lace events. It uses its experience and knowledge to seek out the latest and the best for the benefit of its many customers - they know that there is always something new and exciting at Roseground ! That experience, together with a dedication to personal service, is the basis of Roseground – a true Lacemaker to Lacemaker service.

Roseground is owned and operated by Pat Hallam and her daughter Pam Sharples. Pat is a familiar face around the many lacemaking events around the UK and she has travelled regularly and extensively to teach and seek out lacemaking throughout the world. She brings over 30 years of lacemaking experience for the benefit of Roseground’s customers.

Pam

Pam (shown helping a customer to select from our bobbin display, on the right of our picture) joined Roseground early in 2004 with the responsibility for all aspects of the newly acquired bobbin business. She learned lacemaking at a young age from her mother and enjoys meeting and serving her lacemaking customers.
