Deliveries to Europe & USA
We are constantly looking for improved ways to service our overseas customers particularly when additional duty is involved.
We are now signed up with the Royal Mail to use the Postal Delivered Duty Paid service for the countries detailed below - this should avoid unexpected admin charges incurred in addition to duty that is paid in the receiving country. A bit of extra work on our part is so worth it for our valued customers.
Roseground is VAT registered so VAT will be deducted from applicable items (not printed items in the UK) on your invoice when processed (not at the time of ordering) and will therefore help to offset any duty charged. Any duty paid will be detailed on your final invoice.

Cyprus
France
Germany
Luxembourg (only up to 150 Euros)
Malta
Netherlands
Norway
Switzerland
The Republic of Ireland
United States of America

This service is new to us but seems to be working well so far - there may be the occasional exception when we cannot use the service but we will of course let you know
