My Roseground Account

When you place an order online you will need to set up an account. This is a quick and easy with just a few questions including your billing address and email that need to be answered and then you are good to go.

No credit or debit card details are held against your account.

You may log in to your account at any time using the email address and password that you provided when the account was set up.



I want a different delivery address

No problem at all. When you check-out, you will have the option of changing the delivery address and if necessary, adding any special instructions into the "Shipping Note" field.

Are my credit/debit card details safe

Definitely. We do not hold or see your credit or debit card details - these are handled securely on our behalf by SagePay.

Forgotten password

This is quick and easy to fix. Just click the "Forgotten Password" link and add your registered email address.

You will then receive an email, which will allow you to reset your password.

New email address - how do I change this on my account

You just need to log in to your Roseground account and go to your billing details. Here you have the opportunity to change your email address. Don't forget to click the "Update Details" button at the bottom of the page.

When you log in to your account in the future you can then use your new email address.


How much is my basket in dollars, euros or any other currency

All our prices and charges are in in Pounds Sterling. Sorry but we do not quote these in other currencies.

To obtain a guide on the amount in your currency we recommend using an online currency guide such as XE.com Currency Converter

When you pay by Credit/Debit card or PayPal, the Pounds Sterling amount that you accept at checkout is converted automatically to the currency used by your card provider at the current exchange rate and will appear on your card statement in your currency - this is very convenient and by far the easiest way of international settlement.

If you have not purchased internationally before, we are sure that you will soon discover that doing so from Roseground is very easy and straightforward (and shipping charges are competitive and probably much less than you may expect) and you have the chance to see what is new in the wider lace world.


How do I find what I want to buy

All our products are grouped into broad categories, which are clearly listed on each page. Clicking on one of these categories such as "Thread" or "Lace Bobbins" will then show the Shop Categories in order to assist you in narrowing down your search.

It is possible to order your search within the Shop Category - A-Z, Z-A, High to Low, Low to High.

Once you have narrowed down you search you can then click on any image to find out more about the item and if you wish to purchase "Add to Basket" (you can change your mind later).

The number of items selected will be shown by the "My Basket" button at the top of the page.

If you wish to see an enlarged version of the item, you just need to click on the image to see more detail - this is particularly useful for the shade card images.

At any point you can change the Shop Category by clicking the appropriate heading.

Once you have finished browsing and selected your items just hit the "Checkout" button at the top right of the page.

The site "Search" facility is always available to assist you to find items - this allows you to search globally across all products using the option found at the top of the page. Enter any key word, author name or even an ISBN reference - the search should hopefully find exactly what you want.
