Patterns featuring the traditional laces of each of fifteen European countries - 34 patterns in all - with each pattern incorporating the traditional bobbins used for the lace.

Each project includes bobbin and thread notes, a pricking, photographs of the finished piece and bobbins and detail diagrams - mostly colour assisted. The text is in German but those without knowledge of the language should be able to work the patterns based on the excellent pictures and working diagrams.
