Course Bruges flower work developed from the ancient Flemish laces with discontinuous thread producing different sections. It evolved into graceful and elegant flower lace known as 'Duchesse'.
Includes an introduction, a 48 page booklet describing the techniques, supported by clear diagrams and a collection of nine folded, placemat patterns using the techniques, Text is in Dutch, French, German and English.
