A catalogue that accompanied the OIDFA Congress, held in Groningen, Netherlands in 2008, which is in English and French.

It opens with a summary of the exhibitions that were held, one inspired by 'Space', another featuring Contemporary Lace and others showing 's Gravenmoar lace, Sluis and Withof Lace an Needlelace. Another features 'Without Borders', describing co-operation between lace makers German, Swiss, Austrian and Danish lace guilds.

Then, there is a section that feature the contest that was held to make a lace decorated bag. This includes 15 pages showing many of the magnificent entries.

Finally, there is a illustrated description of the lectures that were to be held, including 'Dated Dutch Lace in Friesland', a presentation by the costume company, 'De Gouben Leeuw' and another featuring 'The Rembrandthouse Museum and the Laces from the 17th Century'
